Delicious Milling Zambia Limited (“DMZ”) is a milling company with a current milling capacity of 100 tons per day or 2,600 tons per month. It is located North of Lusaka. The access to the milling plant is by tarred road along the Great North and the location is ideal and close to consumers.

Our Team

George Liacopoulos

Chief Executive Officer, CEO

George is a Zambian National of Greek heritage. He has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur in the Agricultural sector in Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Tanya Kieslich

Chief Financial Officer, CFO

Tanya has over 18 years working experience in Finance and Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

Mwalimu Lungu

Mill Manager

Mwalimu has 10 years working experience in agriculture trading, aggregation and management of grain stocks. Holds a Diploma in Engineering.

Peter David Cottan

General Manager

Peter has a wealth of experience in the milling industry, former MD of National Milling for 7 years followed by MD of Superior Milling 5 years. He is responsible for the turnaround strategy of the maize mill and the expansion into wheat milling. Holder of Agriculture Science Degree (University of Zambia)

Joseph Mulela

Chief Accountant

Joseph is a qualified Finance professional versed in compliance, documentation, reporting and auditing. He holds a ZICA Diploma in Accountancy and he is an active member of ZICA. Prior to joining the group he had been employed as Head of Finance & Administration Manager.

Crispin Mubiwa

Stock Controller/Operations

Has been employed for over 10 years as Warehouse Manager and now responsible for the raw material (maize) finished product and dispatches of maize meal.
